Honey Lager

What’s old is new again in our Honey Lager, a nostalgic twist on your favourite lager. This beer isn’t like any honey flavoured beer you’ve had before. We’ve infused a crisp, light lager with locally farmed honey to impart a distinct sweetness to quench your thirst. Light, sweet and refreshing – this lager is perfectly suited to beer, wine and cooler connoisseurs alike.
Easy Amber
ALC. / VOL.: 5%
A well-balanced ruby coloured ale, our Easy Amber is just that – incredibly easy to enjoy. This ale is bound to impress with its slightly sweet, malty finish and a perfect balance of old and new world hops. A stellar compliment to any meal but just as easy to enjoy any time of the day.
Euro Pilsner
ALC. / VOL.: 4.9% IBU: 28
A classic European style Pilsner featuring traditional ingredients, including Munich malts and Saaz hops. Great malt body at the start with a distinct continental hop finish.
(Pairs well with simpler, homestyle foods – eg. smoked ham, quiche, anything with a cream base, anything German/Polish/Czech in origin)
O Canada Maple Ale

Our award winning maple ale provides an experience only beer and maple syrup can offer! Brewed in collaboration with local top producers Temple’s Sugar Bush, Oh Canada Maple Ale is dessert in a glass. This copper coloured beaut starts and finishes sweet with a light enough body that you don’t have to feel badly about having seconds. Go on and indulge.

Bonfire Black Lager

A modern take on a traditional Schwarzbier. Crisp, fresh Cascade hops balance perfectly with a hint of smoke to make this dark lager an instant hit. Our flagship beer will take you back to summer nights around the campfire.
(Pairs very well with grilled or slow roasted/braised meats – excellent with short ribs)
Calypso IPA

An intensely tropical IPA with moderate bitterness, our CIPA is a great vessel for highlighting the unique and complex aroma and flavour of the American Calypso hop. One sip might have you tasting melon or pear while the next could remind you of your last tropical vacation. The malt body on this beer plays second fiddle to these incredible hops. We dare you to have just one!
Hopside IPA

This thirst-quenching American style IPA features Cascade and Citra hops, creating distinctive fruity and piney notes on the nose and palate. These bold hops are matched evenly with a complex malt body for maximum drinkability.
(Pairs very well with anything spicy – Thai, Mexican or Asian inspired cuisine)
Budbuster IPA

The name says it well – our biggest IPA will be sure to spark up your buds.. Brewed with loads of big American bittering hops, this ale is packed tight with aromas and flavours of grapefruit, spice and pine Grab your buds, sit back and enjoy!
Mocha Stout
ALC. / VOL.: 5.5% IBU: 42
A sensual experience, our Mocha Stout pairs intense chocolate and coffee notes with subtle undertones of pure Madagascar vanilla. A smooth, silky beer with a great nose that pairs well with any dessert, but can be enjoyed just as much on it’s own. We use only the best fresh, organic local coffee to produce this delicacy. (Pairs well with any chocolate desserts – black forest, german chocolate, or espresso based desserts, etc)
Whalesbone Oyster Stout

Cascader Invader Wet Hop

Our seasonal wet hopped American Pale Ale (APA) is produced in conjunction with Arklow Hop Farm, utilizing over 200lbs of locally grown hop cones mere hours after harvest. This beer is crafted to highlight the brilliance of local, Cascade hops over a light-bodied semi-dry ale. Crisp and fresh with a floral and citrus nose, finishing with undertones of grapefruit on the palate. Enjoy the spoils of our harvest when you delve into a pint of this late summer splendor.
25 Thistles Anniversary Ale

Raise a glass as we celebrate our 25th anniversary!. This traditional Scottish Export Ale was brewed with Perth’s original Scottish settlers in mind. Copper in colour, with light nutty and roasted malt notes….and Scottish thistle leaves for added mouthfeel!
