We are looking for a Brewer to join our team brewing our delicious beer!

This role is centered on brewhouse operations and you’ll be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality beer while gaining experience across other areas of the brewery.

What you’ll do:

● Lead daily brewhouse operations according to the production schedule

● Ensure every brew meets our quality and consistency standards

● Maintain brewhouse equipment and follow established SOPs

● Record data accurately and monitor brewing performance

● Support quality control efforts through lab work such as gravities, pH, cell counts, sensory evaluation, and microbiological plating.

● Collaborate with the team to improve processes and efficiency

● Assist in other areas (cellar, packaging, QA) as needed and as part of your professional development

● Collaborate on new recipe development

What we’re looking for:

● Brewing diploma or equivalent practical experience

● Strong understanding of the brewing process and brewhouse equipment

● Mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail

● Familiarity with lab or QA procedures is an asset

● Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

● A genuine passion for craft beer and continuous improvement

What to expect:
This position offers hands-on experience with all aspects of beer production while maintaining a primary focus on brewing. You’ll work with modern Criveller equipment, a centrifuge, and a full packaging line, gaining exposure to every step of the process. Working Conditions

  • Production floor with a variety of brewing and packaging equipment.
  • Fast paced environment.
  • Lift heavy objects (including cases of beer, kegs, equipment) up to 140 lbs.
